Powerlifting is the sports of strength. It involves competition for men & women, of all ages & sizes, in the lifts of the Squat, the Bench Press & the Deadlifts.
To embark this Power Lifting Federation of India (PFI) came into being in the year 2016 with an affiliation to the Global Power Lifting Alliance (GPA)/International Powerlifting Organization (IPO).
Mr. Sunil Lochab is the founder and President of PFI and a champion winning several Powerlifting championships. He is also the Coach of PFI and a producer of many National and International players. Tone Zone Powerlifting Club is where powerlifters do training under him.
PFI is the face of Indian Powerlifting with a motto to “Promote the Powerlifting sports all over the world”.
PFI provides fair, drug-tested competition nation-wide, from local to National to International events. All who want to take their experience with strength-training to the next level can Join PFI.
